4. Third-Party Services

We use the following providers to host and run our portal:

• Google OAuth — to handle secure sign-in.
• SendGrid — to send transactional system emails (such as account verification).
• Railway — our secure hosting provider where data is stored.

5. Your Rights & Retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing us at web@cbfonline.church.
